What are your candles made with?
Our candles are made with a coconut wax and beeswax blend, clean fragrance, and double wicks. They are soy-free and paraffin-free.
What size are the candles?
Each candle is 9.5 oz / 269 g.
Are your candles double wicked?
Yes. Our candles are double wicked for a warm glow and an even burn when cared for properly.
What does clean fragrance mean?
We use clean fragrance oils selected for a beautiful home fragrance experience. Each scent is chosen to match the story, mood, and inspiration behind the candle.
Are the candles soy-free and paraffin-free?
Yes. Our candles are made without soy wax or paraffin wax.
Burn care
How to care for your candle
A few simple habits help your candle burn more evenly, last longer, and stay safer while it is lit.
How should I burn my candle the first time?
On the first burn, allow the melted wax to reach close to the edges of the jar before extinguishing. This helps reduce tunneling and encourages a more even burn.
Do I need to trim both wicks?
Yes. Trim both wicks to about 1/4 inch before each burn. This helps control flame height and supports a cleaner, more even candle experience.
Where should I burn my candle?
Burn your candle on a stable, heat-safe surface away from drafts, open windows, fans, pets, children, curtains, books, plants, and anything flammable.
When should I stop using the candle?
Stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom of the jar. Burning beyond that point can overheat the glass.
Can I leave the candle burning while I leave the room?
No. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish it fully before leaving the room, going to sleep, or stepping away.

What collections do you offer?
Our candles are organized into three inspiration-based collections: Flora Inspired Candles, Bird Inspired Candles, and Location Inspired Candles.
How do I choose a scent for someone else?
Start with the collection that feels most like them. Flora candles lean botanical and nature-inspired, bird candles feel symbolic and wild, and location candles are rooted in place, memory, and atmosphere.
Do you include gift messages?
Gift message options can be added at checkout if available. If you need something specific, contact us before placing your order.

Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping is included with every candle order. Available upgraded shipping options and eligible delivery locations will be shown at checkout. At this time we only ship inside the United States.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help make it right.
Can I return a candle?
Unused candles may be eligible for return depending on the situation. Burned or used candles cannot be returned. Please review the full return policy before ordering.
