Candle shipping notes
Candles are beautiful but fragile goods. These notes help set clear expectations before and after delivery.
Glass jars
Our candles are packed with care, but glass can still be fragile in transit. Open your package carefully and inspect your candle soon after delivery.
Warm weather
During warm weather, bring candle orders indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Do not leave candles sitting in hot mailboxes, cars, porches, or direct sun.
