Our candles are packed with care, but glass can still be fragile in transit. Open your package carefully and inspect your candle soon after delivery.

Bring packages inside promptly.

During warm weather, bring candle orders indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Do not leave candles sitting in hot mailboxes, cars, porches, or direct sun.

Where do you ship?

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, shipping box, and packaging so we can help.

What if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?

Check around your delivery area, with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If it still cannot be located, contact us and we will help you figure out next steps.
